With several thousand attendees each year, Lancaster Pride attracts a diverse local and regional crowd. Our festival is an excellent event space to distribute information, sell your products, or advertise your services within the community.
We will provide a space at the festival for you to set up shop. As a local organization, we work hard to keep our fees low so that we can ensure that everyone with a shop or an organization has the opportunity to participate.

Early Bird Pricing
We have our Early Bird pricing available now! If you register before the cutoff date, you can save significantly on the price of your spot at the Festival. To reserve your space, please complete the application below. Applications received after the cutoff date will be charged the standard rate. Pricing as follows:

Due to the demand for vendor spaces, we have added over 50 spaces between the Convention Center and the Vine Street outdoor festival!
We have also added space for Food Trucks and vendors in the Vine Street Parking Lot. Food Vendors may register for one or two 10×10 spaces at the current rate of $175 per 10×10 space. Electricity will be available for an additional charge of $80.00 for a 20 amp hookup. Please indicate electrical needs and you will be invoiced separately.
Payment is due at sign up.
Does Lancaster Pride provide tables, electric, or Wi-Fi?
You may request tables, chairs, skirting, electric, and Wi-Fi directly from the convention center. Forms will be provided once registration is paid.
Is Lancaster Pride accepting Food Truck vendors?
You can reach out to vendors@lancasterpride.com if you are interested in being at pride as a food truck. We are interested in working with Food Trucks that meet specific criteria.
Which organizations can register Not For Profit spaces?
Not For Profit spaces are reserved for groups that are not selling products or services, but distributing information. This space is designed for non-profit organizations, groups of friends, health and community services, and similar organizations.
If you are a business or a for-profit organization, we ask that you reserve a For Profit space. If you have any questions about your organization’s categorization please email us at vendors@lancasterpride.com.
Are vendor spaces refundable?
Unless the specific criteria is met under the terms and conditions, the Vendor fees are nonrefundable.
