Tiffany Shirley (she/her) is the president of Lancaster Pride. A Lancaster native, she enjoys working with the community and making a Pride celebration for Lancaster that is accessible and fun for everyone. When she sees the joy on everyone’s faces at events, it makes all the hard work we do through the year worth it. She loves and appreciates how Lancaster County comes together and supports each other in amazingly different ways. As president, Tiffany hopes that she is able to give Lancaster the amazing Pride celebration that they deserve. Tiffany is a proud mother of two, six furbabies, and a supportive partner. She is an avid reader and loves supporting local businesses and organizations.

Alayna Mahoney (they/them) is Lancaster Pride’s Secretary. Having grown up in New Holland, they joined Lancaster Pride to make an impact and learn more about being an advocate and leader in the community to amplify voices.

Alayna admires the resiliency of the Queer community and appreciates Lancaster Pride’s mission and vision to hype people up and be encouraging and a safe space to those in the community.

Pride is important to them because it made them feel less alone when they were a young queer kid – it was their second home, and they want to make sure that it continues to be a home for everyone in the queer community.

Anastasius Jinks (He/They) is the Treasurer at Lancaster Pride. Volunteering for Pride gives them the opportunity to put their skill set to use for both community benefit, and a cause that is near & dear to him. A non-binary, transmasculine native to Lancaster, they believe having a local organization that helps support Lancaster’s LGBTQ+ community in days both dark and bright, while still maintaining a celebration of that community as a core facet and function, is deeply necessary in our county and current times. As the next treasurer, they hope to use his experience in finances to provide ‘behind-the-scenes’ support to Lancaster Pride, as well as become more engaged with Lancaster’s LGBTQ+ community than they have had the opportunity to be in the past. Anastasius currently works with the Lancaster County Domestic Relations Office. A proud pet parent to two cats, they love creative projects and DIY, including sewing, woodworking, music and other arts along with exploration.

Craig (He/Him) joined Lancaster Pride in 2021, serving as the Director of Logistics. His passion is to help organizing and helping people bring a vision through life, with an unnatural love of well-organized Excel spreadsheets, and brings years of business operations and non-profit planning experience to Lancaster Pride. He is excited to be able to help create a logistical plan that allows everyone enjoy Pride, celebrate inclusion in our community, and create a smooth, well-oiled event for staff, volunteers, and the community.

Outside of Lancaster Pride, Craig is the Co-owner and Vice President of Quantum Dynamix, a web and digital marketing agency based in Lancaster, PA founded in 2008 with his brother Eric. He also served on the Board for the Keystone Indoor Drill Association (KIDA), a competitive marching arts organization representing over a hundred indoor color guards and percussion ensembles, from 2009 until 2020, including time as President, Vice President, and Secretary. In his spare time, he is the Assistant Directory for the Conestoga Valley Buckskins Marching Band, enjoys traveling the world with his husband Kyle, and exploring the foodie scene within Lancaster County, at the detriment of his waistline.

Visionary, content creator, social media guru, and giant minion are just a few terms that have been used to describe Brian “Bri” Nguyen (He/They). As the volunteer Director of Communications for Lancaster Pride, Brian does more than oversee social media and communications functions. His life and work experiences allow him to see the world from a different perspective. With a proven track record across the social media landscape with an increase in digital presence and brand awareness to building better relationships and business, he’s able to adapt to any organization of any size.

Jeff Roane (He/Him) serves as the Director of Sponsorship and Fundraising for the Lancaster Pride Association. He joined Pride because civil engagement is very important to him. Jeff was on the original Pride board in 2008, and felt then as he does now that providing the community opportunities to show who we are and to share our stories is vital. Jeff also feels it is important to provide some diversity for the board and to share some of the wisdom he has acquired on this journey. Jeff’s very first Pride was in Pittsburgh PA in 1993, and that experience is still at the core of who he has  become as a gay male. Pride as  a celebration is a very different feeling, a pronounced  and energetic sensibility that comes with the collective force of a culture putting its energy out into the world. Flash forward 27 years, Jeff still finds it important to provide that sense of excitement and celebration for a new generation.

Jonathan (He/Him) is relatively new to the Pride scene as he came out as gay in 2018. Apparently, it was a surprise to no one as he confided to his close friends and family. He is still happily married to his wife of 35 years and has 3 adult children, 2 grandchildren and a foster teenager. Yes, it’s possible to be gay and still loyal to your wife! 

Jonathan’s first career was a school teacher and eventually high school principal. He currently acts as director of product development for a home and garden manufacturer. He is thoroughly enjoying his new role as volunteer Director of Vendors with Lancaster Pride and is looking forward to building relationships within the LGBTQ+ community.

Evan Rowell (He/Him) is Lancaster Pride’s Assistant Festival Director. Through his role, Evan provides guidance and oversees Pride’s volunteers who help make our events and outreach possible. For him, Pride is about having a secure safe spaces to be one’s true self and have a community coming together and supporting one another. Evan, a native of Lancaster, wants to make a difference in our community and keep making improvements for future generations. Evan works for Lancaster County. When the chance arises, he enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, playing video games, and immersing himself in exploring diverse cuisines.

Alex Otthofer first joined the Lancaster Pride Committee in February 2019, serving as Secretary. In 2020, be became one of Pride’s two Co-Chairs, becoming President in 2021. He graduated from Millersville University in 2017 with a degree in Spanish and International Studies. He lives near downtown Lancaster with his boyfriend, Chris, and their dog Casper.

Chris joined Lancaster Pride in the beginning of 2019, serving as a Web Developer, and Marketing Advisor.  He took on the reigns of the marketing team at the beginning of 2020. He feels it’s important to give back to the community and push for diversity and acceptance for all members of the community. He currently works as a freelance Systems Administrator and Web Developer, and has worked as a manager for marketing agencies in the past. He lives in downtown Lancaster with his boyfriend Alex, and can be often seen at outdoor venues with his dog Casper.
