With more than 5,000 attendees each year, Lancaster Pride attracts a diverse local and regional crowd. Our festival is an excellent event space to distribute information, sell your products, or advertise your services within the community.
We will provide a 10 x 10 foot space at the festival for you to set up shop. As a local organization, we work hard to keep our fees low so that we can ensure that everyone with a shop or an organization has the opportunity to participate.
Early Bird Pricing
We have our Early Bird pricing available now! If you register before the cutoff date, you can save significantly on the price of your spot at the Festival. To reserve your space, please complete the application below. Applications received after the cutoff date will be charged the standard rate. Pricing As follows:

We currently do not provide tables at our event. If your group or business need a table for the festival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to recommend local places to rent or purchase a table.
Due to space restrictions at this year’s venue, we are unable to accept applications for Food Truck Vendors. We hope to hold future events that include food trucks and other food vendors.
Not For Profit spaces are reserved for groups that are not selling products or services, but distributing information. This space is designated for non-profits, groups of friends, health and community services, and similar organizations.
If you are a business or a for profit organization, we ask that you reserve a For Profit space.
Payment is due at sign up. Last day for payments and sign up is May 20th.
